Employee Volunteering & Stakeholders Engagement

As part of Company’s social responsibility varied employee engagement activities are conducted to boost morale and increase job satisfaction. “I for Change” initiative promotes employee volunteer program which is an initiative to encourage and enable employees to volunteer in their communities. Various other programs include blood donation drive, health awareness campaigns, environmental sensitisation campaigns such as Sustainable Developmental Goals (SDGs) online campaigns and quizzes. Conducting online quizzes is another creative way to disseminate CSR information through KNOW YOUR CSR Campaigns.
